I understand that unless my inspection is the first inspection of the day, inspection start time is subject to fluxuate + or - one hour due to previous appointment length and other unavoidable occurances such as traffic/weather etc.
I understand that if requesting an inspection on Bald Head Island, ground transportation on Bald Head Island must be provided. If transportation cannot be provided, the inspector must be notified in advance so a golf cart rental can be scheduled in addition to a $100 charge being added to the client's invoice.
